FFHS-NEWS GRO customer satisfaction survey

[News from the Federation of Family History Societies]

The GRO has an online customer satisfaction survey at
https://vault2.secured-url.com/lake/gro/customer_satisfaction.htm which
should take no more than twenty minutes to complete.

 

When answering some questions it is possible to add comment.  This provides
an opportunity to say that providing information in a less formal manner
than birth, marriage and death certificates ought to be less costly for the
GRO and for the customer.

 

There are questions about Ancestry, FindMyPast and other commercial
organisations which leads one to wonder if GRO is considering a partnership
with one of these.  There is an opportunity to rate these companies.
